What does MR Maker do?

MR Maker takes an uploaded song file, separates the vocals, and prepares an instrumental track. Result quality can vary by source material, and available features may change as the service evolves.

Which file formats are supported?

We support MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, and AAC files, with a maximum upload size of 50MB.

Do I need to log in?

Yes. Login is required for result access, full conversion, credit management, referral rewards, and support history. Guest or limited-access options can change based on the current operating policy.

When are credits deducted?

Credits are deducted when a paid action actually runs. Full conversion and key change are charged at execution time. If duplicate or abnormal deductions are confirmed, they can be reviewed and adjusted.

How do refunds or cancellations work?

Payment errors, duplicate charges, and unused remaining credits may be adjusted or refunded within the scope of applicable law and payment provider policies. Once digital delivery has started or used credits are involved, withdrawal or refund rights may be limited under applicable exceptions.

Is result quality guaranteed?

AI separation quality depends on the original mix, noise, chorus, live ambience, compression, and similar factors. We do not guarantee a particular output quality or commercial suitability.

Are uploaded files stored?

Uploaded files are used temporarily for processing and then cleaned up. Result files or logs may remain for a limited period for stability, dispute handling, or third-party provider policies, so you should download the output you need promptly.

Can I use the result commercially?

You are responsible for checking the rights attached to the original recording and any output. If you use copyrighted material commercially without permission, the legal responsibility remains with you.

How do referral points work?

When a friend signs up with your referral link, both sides can earn points. If the invited friend completes a purchase, extra points may be awarded. Fraud or abuse can result in point or credit reversal.
