When several dancers practise separately, confirm that everyone has the same arrangement and file version. Similar song names do not establish identical openings, cuts or endings.

What to check
- Use one clearly named approved file as the reference.
- Confirm the starting cue and final movement against that file.
- Tell the group when a new conversion or edit replaces it.

After any replacement, replay the transitions as a group. Keep the old version identified as old rather than allowing two different files to circulate under the same final filename.
